Janet Jaffe, PhD is a co-founder and co-director of the Center for Reproductive Psychology in San Diego, CA. Services include individual and couples therapy as well as screenings for donors and surrogates. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at the California School of Professional Psychology/Alliant International University and has given talks on reproductive psychology for professional as well as patient audiences across the country. She is a co-author of Reproductive Trauma: Psychotherapy with Infertility and Pregnancy Loss Clients (APA, 2011) and Unsung Lullabies: Understanding and Coping with Infertility (St. Martin’s Press, 2005); additionally she has contributed to book chapters and professional journals regarding fertility counseling and women’s reproductive mental health.
