Michelle Jurkiewicz, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and gender specialist in private practice in Berkeley, CA. She has provided therapeutic services for children, youth, and parents since 2003. Dr Jurkiewicz, co-author of Gender Explained, was an early pioneer in pediatric work with transgender, nonbinary, and gender diverse children.
