He has worked at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Social Work, New York University Medical Center and Bergen Regional Medical Center. Rich Lally provides consultation school districts on how to engage with families systemically. He also has a private practice in Denville, NJ and serves as the Board President of the Minchin Center for the Family.
