Overview

Watch reality therapist Robert Wubbolding in an actual counseling session with a 15-year old boy.

World-renowned reality therapist Robert Wubbolding demonstrates how his sensible, straightforward approach is equally effective with children as it is with adults. Through the use of a series of strategic questions, Dr. Wubbolding guides his young clients through a process of self-evaluation and priority clarification. In this video, see him help a typical teenage boy develop motivation and a plan of action to improve his grades at school, and increase the boy’s commitment to his algebra homework. Jon Carlson and Don Keat introduce Dr. Wubbolding, and facilitate an in-depth discussion of the further impact and uses of the model.
