State Requirements
Psychotherapy.net is an approved CE provider for the state of Oregon by:
- The Oregon Board of Psychology accepts courses from any provider who is APA approved.
- The Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists accepts courses from any provider who is NBCC and/or NAADAC approved.
- The Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists accepts courses from any provider who is APA and/or NBCC approved.
- The Oregon Board of Social Workers accepts courses approved by ASWB ACE.
License Requirements
Psychologists
40 hours every 2 years, 20 of which may be completed by home study.
Marriage and Family Therapy
MFT: 40 hours every 2 years.
Licensed Professional Counselor
LPC: 40 hours every 2 years.
Social Worker
LCSW: 40 hours every 2 years, with 6 hours in ethics.
LMSW: 30 hours every 2 years, with 4 hours in ethics
RBSW: 20 hours every 2 years, with 3 hours in ethics.
