Sesame works, often nonverbally, through the applied use of myth/fairy tale enactment, playful spontaneity, the use of touch in therapy – all as tools for unconscious processes where transformation and healing occurs. The Sesame Approach is underpinned by Jungian psychology which values the imagining psyche as the integral source of a therapeutic process.
The film includes scenes from an interview with Marian Billy Lindkvist about how Sesame started and how she developed the Sesame way of working.
