G  The film documents a full session with the client when she is 30. Dr. Klorer shows Shasmine (and the viewer) excerpts of sessions from when she was 6 and 13 years old, as they discuss termination of therapy. In the narration, Dr. Klorer explains the theory behind her work, and explains how attachment work at a young age helps to formulate a therapeutic relationship that prevails over time. Klorer also discusses the ethical implications of videotaping sessions.
