Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a return authorization within 30 days of delivery, and we will refund you 100% the cost of the returned items. There are a few limitations to this policy, so please read the following carefully:

You must contact us for approval of your return before sending items back. We cannot guarantee a refund or invoice cancelation for items that are sent back without authorization.

Sound Filters may only be returned on domestic (US) orders. We cannot accept returns on international sound filter orders. Please note that our sound filters are only compatible with U.S. electrical outlets. Please make sure you have an adapter before ordering internationally.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs on returned orders.

We are also happy to make an exchange on most items. Please contact us to find out more about this and/or to get recommendations for DVDs or other products that will best serve your needs.

If you are outside the return period but are unsatisfied with your purchase, please call us. We may be able to make an exchange on your order even if it's a little bit outside the return period.

We produce and distribute these DVDs because we are passionate about their training value for therapists. We honestly want all our customers to be totally satisfied with our products and service. We occasionally make mistakes, and will continue in the future. But we will always make it up to you one way or another!
