- After you have successfully submitted an order online, you will get a confirmation email sent to the email address you provided us in your order form.
- Because we are a small company, we ship orders a few times a week. For domestic orders, we ship First Class (7-10 business days), Priority Mail (2-4 business days) or Fedex (2-3 business days). For international orders we ship regular International Airmail which typically takes 7-10 business days.
- If you need faster delivery, feel free to give us a call or email us. We may be able to accomodate your needs.
Trouble-Shooting Online Orders
- If your order keeps getting declined, first check with your credit card company to make sure your card is working.
- Sometimes institutional credit cards (e.g. from a college or university) will have a block on them for use in phone and internet orders. The holder of the card can call the credit card company and have this block removed.
- If this is not the case, you may want to try ordering with a different card, or else contact us and we will see if we can get charges authorized.

- We are generally available during business hours Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard time. However, we are a small staff and cannot always answer the phone. So, if you get our voicemail please leave a message and rest assured that we will get back to you promptly.
- We accept purchase orders from American and Canadian colleges, universities, institutions and organizations.
- For other international purchase orders, we require payment in advance in the form of a check or money order payable in U.S. dollars.

Rushing an Order
- If you need to have an order rushed you can email us at or call (800) 577-4762 /(415) 332-3232, and we’ll try to get it out to you a little sooner.
Adding, Changing or Deleting Items from an Order
- If you want to add an item, go ahead and place an additional separate order. Phone or send us an email, and we will combine it into a single shipment, and credit you back any savings in shipping charges.
- If you want to change or delete an item, email us at or call us at (800) 577-4762/(415) 332-3232 as soon after you place the order as possible.
Concerns with Orders
- If you placed your order over 2 weeks ago (3 weeks for international orders) and have yet to receive it, first please check with your local post office and see if they are holding it. This is particularly common for international orders. If you still cannot track it down, please email us at and we will track the package, check the date of shipment as well as the shipping address we have on record.
- If you received your order but an item is missing/damaged or the wrong item was shipped, email us or call us at (800) 577-4762/(415) 332-3232 and we’ll send out the right item ASAP.

- We ship all over the world, however please note that sometimes, international orders incur additional charges (customs or VAT) upon delivery of products. These charges are a tax levied by the government of the country where the items were delivered, intended to be a kind of import and/or sales tax to the purchaser. Unfortunately, Psychotherapy.net has no control over these charges and cannot make arrangements to be dishonest on the customs claim forms that accompany the shipment.
