- You must contact us for approval of your return before sending items back. We cannot guarantee a refund or invoice cancelation for items that are sent back without authorization.
- Please note that we do not refund shipping costs on returned orders.
We are also happy to make an exchange on most items. Please contact us to find out more about this and/or to get recommendations for Videos or other products that will best serve your needs.
If you are outside the return period but are unsatisfied with your purchase, please call us. We may be able to make an exchange on your order even if it's a little bit outside the return period.
We produce and distribute these Videos because we are passionate about their training value for therapists. We honestly want all our customers to be totally satisfied with our products and service. We occasionally make mistakes, and will continue in the future. But we will always make it up to you one way or another!
We do not accept returns on Streaming purchases.
You can preview excerpts of most of our videos on our website, and we are always happy to recommend the videos that will best suit your needs, so if you are not sure, give us a call or send us an email.
We cannot accept returns on sound filter orders, except of course in case of a deficient product. Please note that our sound filters are only compatible with U.S. electrical outlets. Please make sure you have an adapter before ordering internationally.
