John J. Murphy, PhD is an internationally recognized leader and trainer in the practice of solution-focused brief therapy with children, adolescents and families. He is Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Central Arkansas, as well as co-director of the UCA Center for Therapeutic Change. Dr. Murphy is the author of two books, Brief Intervention For School Problems, and Solution-focused Counseling in Middle and High Schools.
