Mary Goulding
Mary Goulding, MSW developed Redecision Therapy with her late husband, Bob Goulding, and has taught it along with Transactional Analysis for over 20 years. Mary has been a master faculty presenter at the Evolution of Psychotherapy conferences and has given workshops all over the world. She has published eight books, including Who's Been Living In Your Head and her most recent I Am Interrupting This Program.
Sadly, she passed away at the age of 83 in 2008.
Mary Jo Barrett
Mary Jo Barrett, MSW, is the Founder and Director of The Center for Contextual Change (CCC), located in Metro Chicago; a clinical Training Center specializing in The Collaborative Stage Model-a component phase model working with individuals, families, and groups.
Ms. Barrett is a nationally prominent expert in the treatment of trauma and traumatic violence in the family and in our communities who works extensively with helping therapists prevent Compassion Fatigue and heal from Vicarious Traumatization. She is a leading authority on family violence, including the physical and sexual abuse of children, neglect, incest, spouse abuse, and neighborhood gun violence, and has been working on these issues in since 1974. Ms. Barrett has co-authored Treating Complex Trauma: A Relational Blueprint for Collaboration and Change (with Linda Stone Fish) and has co-authored two books with Dr. Terry Trepper: Treating Incest: A Multiple Systems Perspective and The Systemic Treatment of Incest: A Therapeutic Handbook. She provides consultations, workshops, and courses, nationally and internationally, to families, lawyers, psychotherapists, social service providers, staff of residential treatment facilities and staff of governmental agencies.

Eric Cowan, PsyD is a professor in the Department of Counseling and Graduate Psychology at James Madison University. He is the author of Ariadne’s Thread: Case Studies in the Therapeutic Relationship.

Meenal Bachhawat (She/her) is a psychologist in private practice in India. Her professional experience spans diverse settings, beginning with children, where she discovered the healing power of play, not just for kids, but for adults as well. She also worked in a hospital setting, incorporating counseling into spaces of physical illness, weaving together play, music, movement, and psychotherapy. Currently, her focus is on individual counseling in her private practice. Her passion lies in trauma-informed work and working with C-PTSD. She is equally passionate about sharing this knowledge and making it accessible beyond the therapy space.
