How do I make a writing submission?
Visit our Submit an Article page if you are a mental health professional, clinical educator, or clinical trainee interested in writing an article for a site.
What are the guidelines for submitting articles for publication on Psychotherapy.net?
Submitted articles can be written by mental health professionals, clinical educators and/or supervisors, or clinical trainees; content should be relevant to psychotherapy.
What kinds of content do you take submissions for?
Submissions should be of content that is written for an audience of mental health professionals, clinical educators, and clinical trainees.
How do I request a refund?
While we are committed to only selling the highest quality psychotherapy training solutions in the field, we do NOT accept returns. However, we are always happy to recommend the videos that will best suit your needs. Please email customerservice@psychotherapy.net for assistance.
I want to add, change or delete items from my order. How do I do this?
To add an item to your order, leave the cart and return to the homepage by clicking on the Psychotherapy.net icon in the upper left corner. Search for your desired addition and add it to your cart. To change or remove items in your order, you can click on the ‘Remove’ button next to your item in the cart or press the up or down arrows next to ‘Quantity’ to change the amount.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We do not accept purchase orders for individual accounts. Group accounts working through our account managers can use purchase orders.
My credit card keeps getting declined, but I know it works. What should I do?
